What the hell do I wear on the plane?

Seriously. There is still 5 feet of snow here. lol

I guess when I am in the airport, I can have my ride take my winter coat with her, at least. LOL.

we went in february... i left my boots & winter coat in the car and wore flip flops & capri's on the plane. sent rob to get the car when we got back to the airport and he drove it up to the door so i didn't have to walk in it! had all my cozy stuff waiting in the car for me!

    Hola,

When we went in November I wore flip flops with socks, left my coat in the car, also wore a sweater with a tank top underneath & jeans. Once we landed socks came off along with the sweater and I was good to go.

I can't stand flip flops and socks but shit it made it a whole lot easier to change. lol

LOL...understand your pain !! We went in late Feb and although no snow, was in the 30's and drizzling rain !! Wore a halter top and sarong pants--daughter dropped us off so she took my coat back home......coming home no worries, in 9 days weather had turned and was almost 70...

Travelling from Canada...snow of course, but leave the winter wear in the car, shorts and sandals...the only pair of underwear we bring is the ones we wear on the plane and then put them on for the ride back home!!! too much underwear some would say!

    Hey Fellow "Amigo",

I'm wearing jeans with a tank top (and zip up hoodie) with flip flops on the plane. I've packed a mini-skirt to change into on the plane, then will stuff the hoodie in my carry-on, and viola! A warm weather outfit.

See you in a few days!

When we were in Jamaica in Feb, one of the carry on bags included all of the clothes to wear on the trip to the resort. All the winter clothes came off before we left the airport.

We're in a Blizzard here.....When we go C brings a change of clothes in her carry-on and dons them before we land. I have pants and a travel shirt that convert so when I arrive I am nice and cool...if you don't wear underwear the trip to the resort is nice too..

At the end of April, we've left with it snowing and even returned to snow. I just suck it up and plan on freezing between the car and airport back here in Chicago. I always wear a short skirt but when we travel I just wear a light weight jacket which fits easily in my suitcase. Besides, I always freeze on the planes to I appreciate having that with me for the flight out.

The key is layers...just strip the closer you get to Hedo!

Coming from Canada I share your problem with what to do with the winter clothes going to Jamaica. What I always do is leave enough room in my suitcase so I can wear a hoodie to the airport, then put it in my suitcase and bring it to Hedo and back. I also change into shorts and sandels on the plane before I land, cause its frigin hot in Jamaica.

We will just be telling the car service to have the car all warmed up when they come pick us up!

i think i can handle running from my front door to the car and then from the car to the entrance of the airport.
