Hedo III Snorkeling

My hubby and I visited Hedo II in August. We both had a great time there and fell in love with the snorkeling.

We now have a trip planned to Hedo III next week from 12/17/07 through 12/21/07.

Please share any information anyone has in regards to the snorkeling at Hedo III.

Also let us know if anyone out there will be at Hedo III at the same time as us.

We have snorkeled at H2 and at H3. Unfortunately the snorkeling at H3 isn't anywhere as good as it is at H2. At H3 you have to take a boat trip to the reef and the trips aren't terribly long. We are planning on diving at H3 in march and hopefully that will be better. The best snorkeling we have experienced in Jamaica was right off the beach at Doctors Cave beach in Mo'bay. Have a great trip anyway, I hear there are other things to do .

The snorkeling trip at Hedo3 is about 30 minutes and less than half a mile out. It is about a 20 to 40 foot reef with a less than stellar amount of sea life. It is fun though, and the equipment they provide is "US Divers".
