I assume you mean the world famous body shots. There's no real right or wrong way to do it. Most of the time it's rum cream poured over the body and licked off. For a woman start at the breasts and let it run down. For a guy just concentrate on the lower body since that's where the most interest lies. For a group of girls you need to have one lay on her back and cover her in rum cream. Then all the others lick her body clean. Taking turns until the rum cream is gone or no longer needed. And of course you can always have more than one guy lick a girl clean or more than one girl on a guy or whatever variation seems to work for you.
