Let me get this straight. You're wondering if your wife can have sex with a Jamaican man in the country of Jamaica? Yeah, your wife will POSSIBLY get wet if she jumps in the ocean.
She can probably get that fantasy fulfilled before she leaves the airport. It definitely doesn't matter where you stay! In fact, more women are probably having sex with Jamaicans at non-Hedo resorts.
Adversity is like a flame, it melts the weak but it tempers the strong.
Just make sure they use good protection as AIDS is very common and a huge problem in Jamaica.

Stay at Hedo II. Go to the market in Negril and ask around for "Boarderline". He is well known among the locals. She will be very happy !!!!
