We've been using the remote proctored BinexNow tests for return to US for over a year (5 or 6 returns I think) including from Hedo twice. It's done over your phone or PC where they watch the test being done and results, then send you a pdf. Print it out and return home.
Heck, I've heard of people just using previous pdf and changing the date, the airlines really don't care.
It's kind of silly, I can fly 4 hours across the country, I could return to Canada or UK (if resident and vaxed), I can travel from the US to most countries without a test, but if I want to fly 2 hours from Jamaica to Miami I need to get a test... just stupid.
We got covid in Feb, likely from a trip, both tested positive once home (slight symptoms), I've had worse colds. Time to move on. If you are vaxed, healtly, then the pandemic is over, it's an endemic and will always be with us like the last novil coronavirus that hit in the late 1800s, it's now one of the cold virus's we all get.
