How do you, or do you, tell family about your trip?

For safety or emergencies, it is always good for family to have your trip and contact information.

Does anyone find it difficult letting family/friends know what type of resort you are going to? Any tips?

Screw it, it is nobody's business or screw it, I'm going to hang with some fun naked people.

As a single dad, I like the idea of going to a resort with no kids. No better way of ensuring no kids than clothing optional.

Our usual attitude is we never give our location to anyone. If there's a disaster at home (and we are in a different country) there's NOTHING we can do, so why worry about it. We'll deal with it once we get home. No point in spoiling a good vacation. We turn the phones OFF. If there's news on the local TV that might need our attention, we can call home. Otherwise, we'll be home when the package vacation is over. Works very time and removes all that worry. But our adult daughter knows where we are -- and not to call!

We're in Negril, all they need to know. The adult daughters eventually found out but we don't discuss it. I told them this year, "don't contact me unless someone is on life support"
