3 questions about Hedo for anyone that has visited there very recently:

I'm still awaiting written answers from Hedo for these 3 questions and if anyone that has been there very recently that has answers I'd be grateful and happy to hear them.

1) Is the concierge desk open and handling issues that arise and is the excursion desk open also?

2) Are the complimentary snorkel and scuba boats operating twice daily with included good snorkel and scuba gear?

3) Is the playroom open without any new restrictions?

We were there a month ago.
1. We did not leave the resort, and did not plan to. No clue on the desk.
2. Yes they had snorkel/scuba gear and they were operating. But only on a limited basis.
3. Playroom was open.
