Fingers crossed for Aug 13th
We were planning on going around August 23-30th but worried there won’t be anyone around our age. We are in our early 30’s. Anybody going or know of anyone going then? It is Kandiland/Brazilian Wonderland/Sambapalooza week and supposed to be good for the younger people.
we go home the day before that starts but im sure youll be fine hedo is a fab place where all ages mix hope you enjoy xx
From what the resort said there will be a lot of singles those days. The resort said 50/50 singles to couples. Do you think we’ll still get the same ‘hedo Experience’ and will it still be worth it with so many single men? I don’t want the wife to be uncomfortable. We are early 30’s so we were hoping for a younger crowd but don’t want to be the only young couple! not sure what that week will be like .we have always been earlier normally taking in jamaican independence day and its a mix of all ages but in general mainly couples with a few single guys you may get a handful of local guys come in on day passes but we have never had any issues at all
I dont think anyone can predict how this year will be compared to prior. I can say, we have never had a "bad" trip to Hedo.

sadly just had our flight cancelled for august so wont be coming this year

I might consider postponing your trip due to the Covid situation. Regarding your concern about younger people, no need to worry, everybody has fun there (if the situation is normal).
PS. No need to worry about single men. They are just a very small percentage and all of them (that I have seen) have been respectful. I have seen 2-3 in every trip I have made and they are busy with couples interested, hehehe.
