We'll stay in Negril the night before and probably head over to Hedo between 11:00 - 12:00. There was a thread on here from Nov. 2018 that said they had a new check in policy not allowing anyone to arrive to the property before 11am. Not sure if that's a firm new rule or what but we won't push it and won't stress it.

We've stayed at both Traveller's Beach and Negril Palms the night before, but we're partial to Traveller's. We were there last June and were able to get in between 9 and 9:30. Our room wasn't ready yet, but we were able to have breakfast and enjoy the rest of the resort.

We like Negril Palms 200 feet from Margaritaville, nice pool and grounds. 75 to 90 per night.

We have just booked the Negril Palms for one night, we wont arrive until 7pm. So its a shower and a bed for the night, will go to Margaritaville for a meal.

FYI , We thought the food was much improved at Negril Margaritaville. Don't expect a warm shower at the Palms though. lol We still like the Palms.

We will have had a long flight, a cold shower to freshen up will do, then out for some food before an early night. First night is hard work for us with the flight and the 6 hour time difference. Just seems a waste of a night at Hedo. Wake up fresh for a long fun day the next day.

We like to rest first night too and feel that we aren't getting full value if we start at Hedo (as much as we love Hedo, we also need to get our money's worth, lol). This year we are staying first night at Kaiser's. Never been there. Pictures look nice and price is low enough that it will be hard to complain about anything.

So true, we feel it is really a waste of money checking in late, say after 3pm. Have a great night sleep without the obligation to go out and party, arrive at Hedo around 10. am the next day feeling great and ready for some fun.

We can’t wait to get back, rest the first night at Negril Palms, then Party hard from our first night at Hedo.
