I've been doing much internet research in prep for my first Hedo visit. I've found a nice looking dispensary in Mobay near the airport on the main road called "Island Strains Herb House". Their menu looks pretty good and probably isn't too hard to get a driver to stop on the way to Negril.
A few have posted about the higher than usual prices and that could be due to the region...lots of tourists which tend towards higher prices.
I thought I'd share in case it helped anyone looking for herb options.

Even without a dispensary onsite there is no shortage and very easy to get. You taxis most the time will have some and if not knows where to take you. Also they walk the beach all day every day when at Hedo with everything. Must be very careful with the brownies tho. Have seen many people miss a complete day do to eating them.
