My wife and I are making our first trip to Hedo and can't wait to get there! Just a little info that may help, I'm 45 and my wife is going to be 39 come trip time. We have soft swapped so far and decided we are "open" (like to) to exploring more like a full swap and a threesome with another woman. Both of us are out going and love fun exciting atmospheres. We are staying on the nude side and love being nude around others. Thanks in advance for any advice!

These are the general helpful hints I give all of my peeps. Biggest things are communication and respect.


* You are not required to do anything – it is your vacation!
* H2 is a mixed lifestyle and non-lifestyle resort. Do not assume everyone enjoys the same style of fun as you do.
* Ask before touching - being chatty has been known to get more than being grabby
* ‘No’ means ‘No’
* Amazing and forever friends can be found here
* Be social – put yourself out there and participate in resort activities
* Be respectful – to both other guests and resort staff (they work 6 days/week)
* Be careful with your drinks and lock your valuables in the safe, while rare, the same things that happen at home can happen here
* Drink water or other non-alcohol drinks – moderation is the key to staying happy vs. hungover (especially on your 1st day)
* Use sunscreen and re-apply often even on private parts – getting burned down low can limit activities 😉
* If you have a roommate, set up any preferences/rules as soon as possible
* If you are with a spouse or partner, discuss boundaries before arriving and then as anything evolves
* Play safe
* Do not make quick decisions while drinking
* Make sure no one is in any pictures who doesn’t opt to be in them and do not post any without permission

Your thread implies you're looking for "lifestyle help!"... but I can't see what part you may need help with. If you've already soft swapped, you've dipped your toes in the lifestyle already, and it seems you've already had discussions about going a little further. Are there any specific concerns you want advice on? Lisa's general hints are good and form the basis of almost any answer you will get.

Everyone else, don't go with what I call 'sexpectations' go with the idea that you are going to be social and have tons of fun and from that fun purrhaps more can happen. I've found those who go with a 'list' or other set of expectations sometimes forget to relax and just enjoy it all.
