Nood Brood is trying something new this year (kinda started it a little bit last year with spin classes).
Every morning around 8-ish, we will have a coordinated athletic event. Group runs on the beach, Spin class (actually have to find out when Derek is available), and maybe one open ocean swim for the strong swimmers (hoping to coordinate with the resort for some kayaks to follow us).
I know there are going to be some of you out there that say "just enjoy your vacation, skip the workouts" but guess what? I really enjoy my workouts, even on vacation, and I know I am not the only one. Gets me started just right for the day (not including all the other "activities" that get me started for the day).
So if anyone is looking for a group that will host a few of these events, look no further. Again, they will only be morning workouts that the resort doesn't host (with the exception of the spin classes), so Yoga, water aerobics, etc., will still be run by the resort, not by me, but for those that want more endurance/distance athletics, that is what I am working on for our week!
