Theme nights

Our first time to Hedo....Does everyone dress up for theme nights? Any suggestions? Thank you

You will find plenty of threads for this question. Quick answer is "do what you like." Level of theme participation tends to depend on when you go and what groups are attending. In general, about half the guests are in theme and half are not, but this also varies based on the theme. Schoolgirl tends to be popular. Fetish tends to be popular, etc. Females tend to dress in theme more than males, etc. My recommendation is this. Don't stress it. Some people really stress out before their first trip worrying if they have the right kind of costume, shows too much, shows too little, etc. So pick a theme or two that you really like and give those a try (or do them all if like playing dress-up). The sexier the better is always in style. Junk and nips have to be covered, but that is about as far as the "rules" go. So again, it is your vacation, so play it the way you like.

Nips being covered as a rule is a very loose one too. For example a fishnet top seems to fit the bill lol.

Can anyone tell us which night is the foam party? Had this remained constant, or does the specific night of the foam party tend to change from time to time?

It's on toga night and it's outside the disco @ 1030 - 3. It's amazing

It's been Thursday for a few years. And the RULE is be naked. But lots of people break that rule and wear swim suit or more -- which totally defeats the purpose. But it's Hedo and people do what THEY want, not what the Rule Book dictates. In fact, there is no Rule Book, and nobody to tell you what to do -- until you go totally off the rails and offend too many people. Still waiting to manage that.

Unbreakable rule: Relax, it's a vacation not an obligation. So go enjoy yourselves.

Thanks guys! Last time we were there the foam party was in the Courtyard... The surrounding lighting was just too much, which really took away from the vibe.

The year before it was inside the disco, and was a lot of fun... But I understand why they moved it out of there.

Is the general consensus that the current foam party location (outside the disco), is working well? Not too much lighting? Good participation?

We wish the disco itself was utilized more. It's a lot more fun to dance when you're not the only ones on the floor!

I like the current location. Right amount of light, close to pools to rinse off, closer to everyone's rooms for changes. In June it was pa ked until mid night. Sporadic after that. The missus and I went later again and had it all to a ourselves
