+1 for the Lysol. And to add:

A few ziplock bags for things you dont really want to touch, but have to - like the TV remote.

Dustproof, hypoallergenic pillowcases (you know how YOU use extra pillows, imagine what others do... Do you really want your head on that?).

I think it’s what people do with their hands and then touch the remote, they are one of the dirtiest surfaces in a hotel room. We brought Lysol spray and wipes. Made a huge difference in the smell of our room from last time.

So you bring some peeps back to your room for a little playtime.. Fingers are everywhere, bodily fluids are flowing freely.... And at the end you reach for the remote to turn off the porn. How many people wash their hands first? I know I dont. Easier to just bag the remote than try clean every nook and cranny. Its one of the filthiest surfaces in your room. You would be better off sleeping with the toilet seat under your pillow.

All great points. I always wipe down or spray remotes, phones, any commonly used items in the room and never, ever use any glasses in bathrooms or the room itself unless they are sealed. If I don't smell bleach in my pillowcases or sheets, I ask for new--but that has never happened at Hedo.

Hopefully my First Hedo visit will be in August...for business travel I never really considered that as a possibility in the rooms but hey it’s a legit point.....THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP!

Bring Bubba kegs or some other type of insulated mug. And then flip between one alcoholic drink and then one water. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourself.
