does anybody know who gives the best deals, and how you can secure a room as far a travel agents go. The last thing i want to do is pay for a certain room and not get it

A certain room as in room number or a room as in section (like ocean view nude).

Generally you should get the room area you pay for, if not they'll make it up to you. Travel agents have no control over bumpings like this though, that is something that Hedo does.

For the absolutely best rates your best bet would be to find a large travel group to join. Large groups that secure 100 rooms or so for a week can get nice discounts.

It will be limited by the time of year that you are going (unless you are flexible with the time of year).

Large travel groups have set times that they visit.

as long as it is after march i guess it really doesnt matter, what groups are good to go with.
