A big turnover week. New Years Eve people, alot are leaving Jan 2, 3 and 4th...some will stay until the following weekend. Alot of new people arriving on the Saturday. Traditionally sold out over New Years and thins out to about 50% occupancy mid week, building to a sold out weekend afterward. Still a great party week though.
