Personally, I would not trust any tablets offer to me in Jamaica.
I tried a taste of the blow there from a guy on the beach and it was a terrible downer for 4 hours..i told my gf i'd never touch it again..funny because everyone on here told me not to do it. Not sure of the X, but it looks like they sell you crap..gangja is your only best bet..but that being said if anyone else tried X i'd love to hear!

No, do not buy X in Jamaica. If you do, bring a test kit to make sure before you pay. It's unlikely to be real. Better to bring it with you if that's your desire. The only thing you can safely buy from a reliable source is weed based including hash, edibles or plant etc...

Unlikely a problem though not impossible. TSA has other priorities. I have friends who bring edibles back from western legal states often.
