Ageeed that it's a much nicer area but the pool is much cooler because of all the trees giving shade. They'd need to cut a few down to make a difference. Not sure is this is still happening but there was talk a while ago of switching the two pools when they do a complete nude pool area renovation. The mini reno they did earlier this year may have changed that.

I know what you're saying, but the prude pool is deep. Many people, heavy drinking, deep water.....I don't think that's a good idea!

How can they switch? Nude rooms are where they are. Optional people would have to walk all the way over the the nude side? Wouldn't work. Besides, we like the nude pool just where it is. Works perfectly for us and location to the beach.

we stayed on the prude side to save money. I will say it was great to walk out of my room nude and walk over to the nude side and then walk back. Truly invigorating....

I'm just saying the prude pool is just so under used, I agree it doesn't make sense with switch the prude pool and nude pool because of the locations in the resort, but it's a shame how you have the big beautiful prude pool and no one is ever there

We booked threw a group we booked prude garden the group had us moved to nude garden without a increase in price for use it was also a slower season so there may not have been anyone else in that area so it would be easier on house keeping..

The nude pool is just fine for us because its shallow and mostly out of view from the prying eyes of the "voyeur boats".

the "main" pool is the large pool by the dining room. the "prude" pool is the one by the prude bar and the prude grill / flame restaurant. we enjoy hanging out (nekkid) in the main pool when the nude pool is crowded. the prude pool is nice, but the water is cold from not getting enough sun where it is.~ kitten

Thanks for pointing that out as I think some are confusing the two.

I've only ever been in the "prude" beach pool post diving as a way to wash my gear of saltwater. It's always been quite "brisk" and invigorating on the temperature side. I would never call that pool "appealing" in any way, just too shaded to ever be comfortable, and the bar is disfunctional due to the dual-level for the staff.

Main pool would rock if they put a bar service into that pool. Much more open and sunny than even the nude pool as it isn't constrained by buildings shading it.

The main pool is used for group parties sometimes. We organized a volley ball game (very loose version LOL) once that had about 20 couples. Last visit Fluffs had a big pool party there. It's used just not nearly as much as the nude pool and for good reason.
