Hedo Glow Party

First timers working on our costumes for Kitten and Angels group. For the Bare As You Dare/Glow Pool Party (hedo party) are there black lights? Or do we have to have items that glow on their own?

Last April, the H2 glow party was around the CO pool. NO backlights as it's an out door venue, and they would require a lot of lights to get the BL effect. Lots of people use LED lights for their outfits. The CO pool is the main pool up by the main dinning room.

Need to find a good source for things beyond glow sticks. Have found a couple of light-up things that have a battery pack. Doesn't work if you are bare as you dare!!

Even though there wasn't any Black Lights, I still wore Neon colored outfits with glow sticks and other stuff that were blinky or lit up. It usually works like that anyway.

Glow night is one of my all time favorite themes based almost solely on resort participation and the high energy the music and dancing brings. We usually dress lightly, yet brightly for the event. The rave is outdoors and while some groups (like Wild Women Vacations) may bring black lights to amplify the colors, for the most part it's just an overall color coordinated party vibe more than actually seeing people GLOW.

I usually dress skimpy. Nothing heavy or itchy or cumbersome because dancing under the warm Caribbean stars can get a little sticky. However, just know that should that happen..you can always just jump in the pool and dance yourself silly in the cool water.

I was at Hedo in November last year and I think the glow party was sponsored by 'DirtyPervs' (I think...) They were a great group and there were pretty good black lights. I was surprised at how well things were glowing with the party outside by the pool.
