Thanks J,but you forgot to mention that it REALLY does make some of us physically ill.Last year we felt pretty bad with the early on set of an upper respiratory infection.Then we got too close to a couple of cigarette smokers and before we could get away from it,it was too late..............took me a month and a steroid shot to get over it too.

I'm surprised this topic hasn't come up long before (that I know of). It's a courtesy thing and realistically, there is constant wind at Hedo and it would be easy for a smoker to be aware of the people around them and simply light up down wind from others.

Some people can be clueless about this. How many times have you seen a smoker attempting to be thoughtful by holding their arm fully extended and putting their cigarette 2 feet farther away... it's a great gesture, but 2 feet does little when the swirling breeze is pushing the smoke around in at large area.

Many smokers have gotten the hint and do their thing far from people. It just takes longer for some people to clue in. Luckily, Hedo attracts the kind of person who's open minded and willing to consider how their smoking is effecting others... if it bothers you, just politely ask the person to smoke elsewhere. Everyone is there to have a good time.
