    Any Place to Run

My wife is an avid runner and is currently training for a marathon and a triathlon. From what I have heard about safety issues going off of the resort property, I don't think I am comfortable having her run off site by herself and because of a knee injury, I cannot go with her. Is there enough "trail" or "path" on site for her to get in a long run? (6 miles or more?) or will she just end up getting dizzy running in circles?

Is a treadmill okay? There is a fitness center, that is what most people use.

Hedo II has more land and you could stay on the resort or run down the beach, but Hedo III is smaller and more centralized and to just stay on the sidewalks you'd be running in circles.

Thanks for the info. She tends to get bored on the treadmill so we will have to find other ways for her to get her exercise.

You could run on the road outside the resort. Not very long but not really much traffic. I hate treadmills too.

From what I have read on line..It might not be safe to let her out of your sight day or night outside the gates..My wife is even concerned after reading post on another website that it is not even real safe to leave her in the room alone.

Totally no safety issues like that at H3. Maybe outside the gate but even there, I haven't heard of any problems. I never worried about leaving my wife alone anywhere at the resort.

You shouldn't let a woman walk around alone at night in the resort grounds or definitely outside of them.

Attacks may be rare, but just as in any place they can happen, and you do NOT want them happening to you.
