Going for a week in January, dates to be decided

Hi we have visited several times in the summer and Halloween week twice. Which weeks in January look to have a good fun crowd. Sher & Emil

All of January is pretty much the same fun. In our opinion, New Years week is the best, but that's the time we go each year....always sold out. First week Jan. a bit quieter as the NYE crowd leaves, and new people arrive the following weekend. maybe 80% occupancy for two or three days after the Holiday weekend...then pretty much a sell out the rest of the month. Never wait too long to book January, as later in the fall availability becomes problematic.

We figured that would be the best period but with family it is tough to get away. Sounds like anytime after 10th of Jan should have a full fun crowd. Thanks
