If you can't stay at the resort I'd suggest doing both. You really need to experience the nude pool party in the afternoons and then everything heats back up after dinner at the clubs and then the hot tub gets busy say 1am ish.

We have been to Negril many times before. Last year we went for a day pass. This year we are going to get a couple of day/night passes. You will love it. When are you going? What resort are you staying at?Originally Posted by Negrilbound1234
Pretty much this lol. But realistically if you can add an additional day or two and stay at hedo it will be well worth it. The day night pass is great to get your feet wet but you will be asking yourself why you didn't book hedo once you get a taste

If you get a day pass and night pass on the same day you get 50% off the night pass. Makes it a no brainer in my opinion
But if you can only get one go for the night pass, the shows on stage, piano bar, disco and nude hot tub late night, can't be beat.

If you get a pass of any kind remember they will want a picture i.d. to hold while you are there.You will get it back when you leave.I used a drivers license.spouse needs to bring theirs also.

We are going July 22 - 28. Staying at Samsara on the Cliffs
We did 2 day passes on our first trip to Negril in 2012. Having to leave (and they come search for you when it's time to go)really stunk. But like everyone else has mentioned we're heading back for the third time and have stayed at Hedo ever since. After a day pass our resort was boring and we really saw a difference in just how much more people stay to themselves vs mingling etc like at Hedo.
We passed this place many a time on the catamaran. Looks cool. At least the website lets you know up front there's rooms with or without AC. lol. (sorry, couldn't resist) But do stop by day and/or night to get a taste of H2!
We have thought about staying on the cliffs. I can't seem to get away from Bloody Bay!!! We are going from August 26-September 2...at Couples Negril. You will have a great time at Hedo...Go early in your trip so that you can go more than once if you want.
Samsara is really quiet and relaxing....you'll also want to take the free shuttle down to Legends (sister resort) on the beach. We've stayed there and had a blast. 7 mile beach is worth spending some time on and you can use the facilities, bar and food at Legends as well (included in your package). Up on the cliffs find out what night 3 Dives Jerk has their live reggae music and walk down for dinner and the show. Lots to do in Negril, so you'll want to find out what day will work best to fit Hedo in and not miss out on some amazing entertainment where you are. We now split our trip first at Hedo and then some time on the beach to catch some local life and have a bit of relaxcation after the Hedo party.
