Question about a Travel Group

Hi all, we made our virgin trip reservation straight thru Hedo on a special promotion (8/6-13, 2016). Now we see the travel group "Some Like it Hot" with Char travel will be there. Has anyone done this group and how was it? And is it too late for us to join the group to have some fun with them?? Thanks!!

Not sure if you can cancel your reservation without any penalty but you might want to contact the group directly and asked them if you can be a part of the group even though you booked direct. Some groups allow you to pay a small fee to be part of their activities even though you didn't book with them.

I wouldn't worry too much. Contacting the groups is a good start. But our experience is most groups are very rarely exclusive and it becomes one big party once you get there.

Yeah, that's what we're hoping. We're not really the types who need a group plan to have fun. But didn't know if this particular group would be worth joining ahead of time. We'll just go with the flow. Thanks.

Charlene and Jim are very inclusive hosts. Just introduce yourself and they will include you. Enjoy your trip.

Met Char a couple of times. She and the group those weeks were very welcoming -- of everyone. If you run into one of those 'exclusive' (young, beautiful and snooty) groups, and there are some, then you really do NOT want to be a part of them. Contact the group you are interested in and ask to be included. No problem.
