Dirty movies?

Are there dvd players in the rooms? Are there dirty channels provided? Can we bring our own dvd player and movies?

The TV's are supposed to get a playboy channel, ours usually doesn't seem to work though. You can definitely bring your own DVD player and movies and plug it into the tv no problem.

I don't know what your porn tastes are but Playboy channel really isn't dirty.

I was at Hedo III for the last two weeks of November 06. The tv got maybe eight channels and all but one fairly clearly, but Hedo III is the newer resort. Playboy channel was the only sexually related channel. No DVD players.

Hedonism seems to discourage spending too much time in your room. They really want people to mingle. Every time I spent a lot of time in my room (I was badly jet lagged) I got a phone call from the manager asking if I was enjoying my stay, and inviting me to an event. I started to wonder if there was a video camera in my room. Somebody told me that they can monitor room occupancy via the electronic card keys.

The get out and mingle philosophy is probably why they don't have DVD players and definitely why they don't have internet in the rooms.

You should be able to find very small "kid in the back of a mini van" sized DVD players w/ remotes for as little as $50 at Target. If you have the proper cords (almost every tv should have RCA in jacks) you can plug those into the room tv. Jamaica uses 110v power like the US.

We will be making our own movies and playing them back through our camcorder on the room TV. I can edit on my laptop video software in about 30 minutes. Maybe add some music and slow-mo...

Thanks for this thread... Just made me think of having a "movie night" for a few new friends to come by our room and watch them with us. Who wants to cum... I mean attend (lol)...

A few couples in the same room watching, might be like a small warm up to the hot tub.

Plus, we won't be watching the live shows at the hot tub... We will BE the live show at the hot tub (lol).

We just got back on Saturday 4/28. The rooms do have playboy channel, espn, etc... If you have problems the odds are you need to reprogram your tv using the remote. We ran into many who wanted to catch scores on the nba and nhl playoffs but were upset that they didn't have espn. I told them that we had it and they figured out that they had to reprogram their tv using their remote and viola, all was to be had.

As someone said, the playboy channel, wasn't hard core porn, it was more of a step above 'skin'amax (cinemax). It's something though, if you like that.

The TV porn is kinda mild, we took our portable dvd player and hooked it up to the TV, worked great, although we prefer making movies to watching them!

It's our first trip to hedo 2. We will be arriving 5/7/07. We've never been to a resort like this (nude).
