Inexpensive places to stay near Hedo

Does anyone know of any Hotel/Motel to stay nearby. We are arriving late and would like to unwind at an inexpensive place on arrival, and start at Hedo the following morning.

we can't answer your question but we stay go to hedo and stay there... if we was to stay anywhere else we would be wishing we was at hedo... we know its hard to unwind there but we do.... its great

Travelers inn. I have stayed there a few times. Once w my gf and the other w my daughter. Very nice place and wud highly recomend. Price is right about the $100 range. Make sure u ask for a regular room and not the bungalo if u want to have a/c. Place is very clean and the people are friendly. Its a 5 min taxi from hedo on 7 mile beach. They have a full bar and resturant aswell

Lots of places to choose from all the way down the length of the beach.We have stayed at Coco LaPalm,very nice place and a short taxi ride back to Hedo.Check out Negril.com and look at the hotel options and then check them out online.Have a great time!

Love CoCo LaPalm, but everytime I check it's booked, plus I think they have a 3 night minimum. Rondell's just down beyond is nice enough and affordable I don't know about their minimum nights policy. You can always find a place in MoBay, Holiday Inn or the like.

Have stayed at Toby`s in MoBay, then caught the early shuttle to H2 in the am

We have stayed at Home Sweet Home on the cliffs as a reasonable place to unwind when we first arrive
Monticello makes a great jerk chicken pasta there

We have never stayed here, but have visited the bar area a number of times...should be inexpensive... Bourbon Beach.. It's a cute bar like setting on the beaches edge. And they have rooms they rent out... We ventured off resort to visit with friends...

We stay at Xtabi for 'decompression' or travel days. Our thoughts....no use spending Hedo pricing for less than a full day especially when you are arriving late - after 7 or 8PM. Also we sometimes take a day or two to - get away from our cell phones, rest up and get onto Jamaica time. Xtabi is so beautiful. It is very economical and the food is great. On your Hedo check in day you can be at Hedo for breakfast! Even if your room is not ready yet you are in beach mode. We pack our beach bag at Xtabi, lock the suitcases and hit the nude side!

It gives the the island feel, not the resort feel..... And yes the chicken is good....

We are staying at Catcha falling star which is really close to Ricks Café. it's a pretty good drive from Hedo, but it's a great place for pics and do the tourist thing for a day so we can show family. Price is pretty reasonable and staying one night is not a problem.
