Looks like a vinyl covering to me.Appropriate for the dining area setting IMHO because they will be easier to keep clean and sanitary.

looks good... the seats are vinyl... so we will bring a hand towel with us for Foxxy sit on so she don't stick to it... problem solved lol

The seats are vinyl. There are chairs with arms and chairs without. Only the square tables have 4 chairs with arms. All of the round tables have chairs without as they can fit more. Small round tables are set for 5 people and the large ones seat 9.
