That does sound like fun. Thanks.

You know you're old when you first thot is about falling and noise abatement second! To be honest,I have always wondered why they can't take just a few decibels off the noise in there............would love to try the foam party sometime.
Same here on both counts except we would probably move the decibel level to the top spot! Way too loud in there
Lynyrd Skynyrd said "turn it up". We don't mind the volume but the music choice could use some improvement from where we stand/dance. They play primarily house and EDM which we get but mixing in a little danceable rock would be a good thing. It's not like they're handing out biscuits at the door. LOL
One of our major music issues with Hedo is the complete lack of reggae being played. It's not played at the pool, it's not played at the foam party. Closest we heard was at the glow party with the steel drum band. The foam party would be awesome with great reggae. It seems the resort almost avoids it which seems odd. How much could it cost to have a live reggae band 1 night per week or even at the pool during the day.

We will be bringing our sheets for the Toga Party, hopefully someone will volunteer to help us tie our togas! Compensation can be negotiated!
I agree 100%, we went to the disco a couple times last year and it was pretty quiet. Convinced the DJ to play some other music and had a great time, so they have the tracks available. On the side, have you seen the collection of old Vinyl they have in the DJ booth, pretty amazing. A reggae band once and a while would be a great addition to the awesome atmosphere at Hedo, they might play for almost free to join into the party atmosphere at Hedo.

When we were there last the resort was handing out free "make your own" togas during the day, and the entertainment staff were giving people lessons in how to tie them in various styles
We had our own, and yet we were kind of jealous of the Hedo make your own ones!
With regard to the foam party, we looked in and it looked great fun, but decided not to go in the foam ourselves because we have had bad experiences with foam in other places (eye infections etc)
At least a couple of people did get actually sore eyes the next day, but its still an awesome night
When we go back next I am thinking about taking some eye protectors :P

I couldn't agree more with you. Lack of reggae was our main issue last time. I don't want to listen all the music from the states when I'm in Jamaica. I listen that every day here, so why bother. Reggae has such a positive vibe. We were expecting a bunch of reggae during the day, and then dancehall at night. Anyways, other than that, in 36 days we'll have some super cool toga costumes there lol
I may be going against the grain here - but dancing in the wet slippery foam and sometimes having bump and grind sex while dancing - was so much fun that the music really didn't matter much on foam night. Now as for the rest of the nights in the disco, our first trip was all techno music and we didn't stay. Our second trip, we found they were much more flexible with music (and good about requests) and we went dancing a couple of nights.
