Depends on what time your flight arrives. We typically try to catch a flight that lands around 10 AM. If that is your schedule consider the TimAir option. Its getting a bit pricey but gets you to the resort by noon. End up with almost an extra full day.

Hey - does anyone know the approximate cost of Timair for 2 people from MBJ to Negril? I realize the prices will probably vary based on dates, demand, etc., but I'm just looking for an approximation. I sent in a quote request to them 3 days ago & haven't heard back, so while I was waiting on the official quote, I thought I might see if someone had an inkling...also, any idea if they do night time flights? Or are they a daytime only service?

They are the rates we receive from them.
Please see our current rate options for flights between MBJ and NEG below:

    1) The one-way price is US $140.00 per person. The round trip price is US
$280.00 per person. For this price TimAir reserves the right to assign you to
a flight with another couple who may be ready to fly at the same time as you.

    2) If it becomes possible for you to share a flight with another couple then
the price reduces to US $118 per person one-way/$236 per person round-trip, a
    saving of US $44.00 one-way.

    3) However, if you definitely would like to reserve a plane for yourselves
exclusively, then the price is US $190 per person one-way/$380 per person
round-trip. (We would need advance notice of this option.)

***Please be advised that payments by credit card attract an additional 5%
processing fee which can be avoided by making payment with cash. We accept
Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

If you would like to make a reservation then please let us have the following
    information:

    1) Names of all passengers and please confirm your travel dates;
    2) Which airline you arrive/depart on into/from MBJ, including flight #'s and
    expected time of arrival/departure; and
    3) Which hotel you will be going to in Negril.

We would then send you a confirmation with some simple information for your
    arrival.

If you have any questions, please let us know.

    Sincerely,

    TimAir Limited
    Sangster International Airport
    Montego Bay, JAMAICA.

No nighttime flights, the Negril airstrip doesn't have lights.

we usually just fly from Mobay to Negril then take the resort transfer or take a cab (Earl is the best....usually outside Hedo).
