During the first week of February there are 2 to 3 groups at Hedo including WW which you mention. So it's not the same as going when one large group has nearly all of the resort's rooms. It won't really stand out that you aren't in a group and most Hedo guests are pretty friendly anyway. My first time at Hedo was during that week and I met and hung out with people from all of the groups to some extent as well as people who weren't with a group.
It may be worth your while to read about the group activities to see if you want to enjoy some of the perks of any of the groups going. Even if you already booked, I believe it may be possible to have the group take over your reservation.

We don't travel with groups and we find it makes no difference to our experience. Hedonism is a very welcoming place and you'll have no problem meeting people if you're friendly and open.
We've spent over 30 weeks at Hedo at all different times of the year. Only one of those weeks was ever booked with a group and we never really did anything extra because we were booked with the group. Through all of the other weeks we never were on the outside of anything because we weren't booked with a group. Once you're there everyone mingles and includes each other in everything. The main advantages to a group are that you will sometimes get a little better rate, you can sometimes meet a few people before-hand if the group has a special web-page, and you'll sometimes get a free t-shirt or hat or other trinket.
so we are going without a group and its our first time. we are very outgoing so i assume we should find plenty of people to chat and or play with. we are going 12/25-12/30
One big advantage of traveling with a group is that you will be seeing the same group of people for the most part which sort of makes it more of an annual reunion. This carries over with other groups that have attendance that is concurrent or overlapping your own.Plus you always get to meet new people who are there for the first time or who you didn't see last year. You get to meet people and miss people you were hoping would be there but couldn't make it for various reasons.Whoever came up with the concept of groups coming at roughly the same time every year was an absolute marketing genius. It's all part of the product mix that makes Hedo the most unique resort on the planet.Honestly, there is no other place quite like it,is there?
Thanks alot
thank you
