Single woman and going alone and a first timer to Hedonism

Drink water with your alcohol, with the sun and all inclusive, it can sneak up on you, especially your first day.

Don't hesitate to be social. ... grab a plate of food and ask to sit at a table. Or strike up a conversation at the bar and ask to meet the rest of their group.

JUST.HAVE.FUN. This will be your best and favorite vacation ever, trust me. Be social, have a good time and don't worry about ANYTHING.

Oh and like Cop said, drink water.

Also, if you burn easy, don't forget to reapply sunscreen. Burned nipples hurt REALLY BAD (trust me on this).
