At Hedo, I have felt many a boob. (go figure, not even bi!)
On more than one occasion I have had my hand literally forced to touch said boobs.

We spent a fun 20 minutes in the cool pool at Hedo. A lady with an interesting figure was inviting half a dozen of us to figure out how she had had her lovely boobs 'done'. We respectfully checked the usual scar spots: under the boobs, around the aureolas, in her arm pits (no need to rush!) No scars.
She finally let on that the implants had been inserted up through her belly button. A short recovery time and she was good to go. And the results were very natural looking. Nice job.
I notice that nobody has mentioned the 'internal bra' method -- a sort of silicone 'sling' inserted below the lower half of each boob to actually lift but not enlarge. Perhaps a recipient of that method might enlighten us of the merits etc. I am aware of at least one local cosmetic surgeon who uses that method. Good surgeon. he fixed my hand when others had failed or turned down the job.

I just read this whole thread and was about to ask if anyone has heard of this when I got to your post. At the risk of being a Debbie Downer, I have a benign (as of now) egg-sized tumor in one of mine. We are in the semi-prelim stages of deciding what to do, but my referral cos surgeon was pretty clear that the belly button was the way to go, so as to not create new scars. I only have one tiny scar now and I really love my breasts, so I'm super interested in this method. I've now met a couple of women who have had it and they look amazing. It should definitely be considered!
I love them all! As a result of a few years of research, visually, implants usually make for a firmer more upright look. They jiggle less. They feel firmer. You can usually feel the bag if you spend enough time at it :-) . Not sure if many of the Rascal's are on here, but Claire's are real (and large), yet she is considering implants to make them not only bigger, but firmer. She is only 23, but it is her job to look good, so it is for a different reason. Competitive industry! Everyone has to make that decision for themselves, but I am happier with bigger and firmer despite being able to feel the difference.

We, mostly the wife, just went through this this past winter, porn and all the bad scars seemed to help with the decision,, she opted not to and I'm quite glad. To me real is better!
Go for natural looking ... not headlights. I had mine done in 2013 by an amazing reconstructive surgeon and most cannot even tell they are implants.Not sure if this has been broached before on the forum but I would like to hear from both the women and men on this one. My wife is considering getting implants. Her boobs are nice but she wants them to be bigger and fuller. We'd like to hear from women who got them and from the men who play with them. Personally I have never played with any boobs that were fake and really want to know if one loses the feel of the natural boob. One on the forum has already given me his opinion but I'd like to hear from a larger group to help her make up her mind. One caveat this request is this decision is entirely up to her not me. I just have to pay the bill if she goes for it
