Premium Rooms

How much nicer are the premium rooms than the regular rooms. We'd like to hear some comparisons and opinions. Worth it?

Also, are the beach side lower rooms noisy late, late night?

First time we stayed about halfway between the nude pool and disco ocean view....heard the disco the one night we made it to the room before 4.....lol. We were on the 2nd floor though. Overall we found it quiet.

The premium rooms are definitely nice but for us the price difference is hard to justify. For the extra that they will cost you you can stay several more nights and enjoy the party even longer.

I have stayed in both.No,it's not worth it on price.BUT the other side of that equation is "what's it worth to make her happy and never have to go to Sandals again later?"That makes it a no brainer for this old guy.

The Premium are alot nicer.... but they are way more expencive.... we was booking them a couple of years in a row... but we book reg rooms now to save the cash... we had premium ocean view jan past... 9 nights was 6600.00 we have reg room for next jan booked for 9 nights and its only 3800.00 so why not put 1800.00 in my pocket and we can go again...lol...

Ocean view Regular Premium (OVRP) : are these along the beach building upstairs? Isn't the view blocked by trees?
Ocean view Au Natural U(Upper) (OVNU) : are these along the beach building upstairs? Isn't the view blocked by trees?
Ocean view Jacuzzi Terrace Premium (PBJP) : are these ground floor with back door beach access?
Ocean view Au Natural Premium (OVNP): : are these along the beach building upstairs? Isn't the view blocked by trees?
Ocean view Au Natural Jacuzzi Terrace Premium (NBJP) :are these ground floor with back door beach access?

I agree. If I won the lottery though, I'd go premium for sure. If your own private outdoor space would make your vacation a lot better then go for it. We lucked out the first time and received an upgrade and loved our balcony. It's just not in our budget though. Maybe when we're older...

The only thing we would like is the balcony. We like like the normal rooms and it's just fine for us. The new rooms don't have that big mirror over the dresser facing the bed and that just won't cut it. We love love love that big sexy mirror.

You must have been out late when doing the math. It's actually $2800 difference. Even more reason to stay in a regular room.

While we are on the subject-the ceiling mirror in our Premium room was so OFF CENTER as to be mostly useless(unless you have a knee and ankle fetish) and the "mood lighting" around the mirror and headboard artwork was only on when the dangling lamps were on so the effect of the mood lighting was zilch.Yes,I looked to see if it was possible to turn off the hanging lamps individually but if there was a switch on them,I could not find it.I thought about unscrewing the bulbs but did not want to risk a problem.The balcony was great!
