Getting from airport to hedo and back

Last time I went there was a shuttle service provided. I heard that they stopped that and you have to arrange your own taxi. Is that still true? Does hedo still have a counter at the airport? Will they help me get to the resort?

I'm going May 24 thru the 29th. The count down begins!

we use rockys tours for our taxi... but you can get a bus with sun holidays right there at the airport..... don't know what it cost though.... rockys cost us 140 reture trip with your own car....

We used Rocky's as well and they were great. On time with a great driver named Ziggy. We will use them again on our next trip.

I think the cost of the bus is now $50 pp return, up from the previous $35 pp.

Sun Holiday Tours is the transporter that Hedo uses. With certain rooms you get a steep discount, however i understand it isn't as quick getting to Hedo as the taxi is.

Depending on how you booked it may be included. Many of the hroups and TA's that specialize in Hedo do include a bus transfer with either Juta tours or Sun Holidays. If not, you can arrange that yourself when you get there at their tour desk. Tim Air is also an option for $$$ if you want to fly to Negril, or a private car...lots of choice

We did the free shuttle on our first trip, then switched to Rocky's Tours when the shuttle service was ended. We did a nice review of them on Trip Advisor. They did fine by us.

We always use Rocky's. For a few dollars extra it's a quicker trip home.

Our package is all inclusive so it includes the flights, accommodation and airport transfers. Based on past experiences I'm assuming that it's some type of bus or van.

Yes you'll get a voucher with your documents that tells you who's providing the transportation. When you exit the customs hall there will be someone to assist, just tell them which company you're looking for and they'll point you in the right direction. We use Westjet Vacations and Jamaica Tours Ltd is their transfer provider.
