What is Club Mobay and how do i get it....

OK so my wife and I will be first timers in Hedo for the Halloween party week. We have the nude ocean jacuzzi room. I was understanding that with this room we received concierge service at the airport but from what I am now understanding is that this does not include help with skirting the lines at customs. I then read about this Club Mobay or Superclubs thing that lets people bypass a lot of the custom waits. Very confused can anyone shed some light for the newbie Hedo couple.

It depends on what day and time of the week you're going. October is the slow season in general, so there won't be much of a line to begin with. We arrive early (by 11) on a weekend and it doesn't take long to get out. On they way home we're taking an earlier flight so we're definitely taking that. It's definitely something worth looking into on your way home! on arrival, it really depends on the time of day.

Just go to google club mobay.

Yes the premium room comes with service at the airport and this is club Mo-Bay to fast track through immigration included in your room package. I have seen comments that you have to contact Hedo in advance of your arrival and provide them with your flight information so club Mo-Bay can meet you shortly after the arrival gate.. Sometimes your TA looks after this for you...check with the TA on how it is handled for you. If you booked on-line though expedia or something similar, you will need to contact the resort directly to provide flight details. In our groups case, Castaways makes the arrangements on your behalf. Just look for the smiling Jamaican girl with your name on a sign. Premium package also comes with a concierge service at the resort. They will stop by and see you a couple of times a day to see if you need anything.
The information on your room category is available at Hedonism.com as well.
BTW...Hedo is no longer associated with Superclubs, it is under private ownership

First of all great room choice. We had the premium nude garden jacuzzi room and got upgraded to the premium ocean nude jacuzzi room and absolutely loved it. As far as ClubMobay it does put you in a different line that gets you ahead of the normal line. When we arrived on a saturday, early enough to not be too busy, we were walked right to the front of the line and were out of customs/immigration in under 15 minutes. It was really nice but where ClubMobay pays off to me is on the departure side. Everyone arrives to the airport well in advance of their flights so you are stuck sitting for awhile. Club Mobay has a nice lounge with comfortable seating, food and drinks. I think I even saw they had showers. When you're tapped out from a hedo vacation it is fantastic to laze around in comfort while you wait for the flight. Also we departed on a Saturday in the middle of total and utter madness at the airport, so it helped to bypass the normal lines. It was so frantic there that Club Mobay was maxed out and stopped selling tickets. In short is it necessary? No but even if we paid for it separately instead of having it included in the cost of the room package it would have been well worth it to us. Hope that helps.

Thanks so much for all the reply's. So it is indeed Club Mobay then that we will be set up with? Do they meet us at the plane? Sorry for all the questions but have never been before.
    Thanks Again to everyone.

I cannot make my mind up about Club Mobay and if it will be worth it for us or not. We are flying in the day after Memorial Day and headed to Hedo, we arrive at like 11:25 am and it looks like there are several flights arriving about the same time as us, but no way to tell if this will be a busy time really or not other than that. Then we are flying out on May 31st, which is a Sunday and I have no idea how busy or how helpful Club MoBay is on the departure. Any insights beyond what is offered in this thread would be much appreciated. I don't mind spending the extra money, but would hate to do it and have it not be very helpful.

All of the arriving flights at Sangster route you towards customs & immigration. There's be a nice big sign before you get there titled 'Meeting Point - Club Mo Bay', and there'll be a Club employee holding a sign with your names on it. Getting fast-tracked through C&I is so worth the cost.

You can see what we're talking about here: http://www.vipattractions.com/page.php?pageid=10008

ChiTownHedoCpl also has it nailed on the departure lounge, which is a great service if only to kill some time and enjoy some final Jamaican hospitality.

As you get to the end of the jetway, there will be a VIP rep there holding a sign with your names on it. He or she will escort you all the way through to the club MoBay Lounge and get you settled with a drink.

Just received an email from the manager at Club Mobay that they are already sold out for departures on Saturday 4/25 from 11:50am to 3pm!

looks like a lot of people are now booking in advance online...if anyone is interested, you may wish to book it in advance instead of waiting until you get to Hedo like we use to do.

Not sure about arrivals, as we have only used it for departure but for us it was well worth the price of admission. Free drinks and food. Access to the smoking lounge should you require it. They store your bags so your free to cruise the terminal do some last minute shopping. It's divided into three areas which include a quiet room.
