Room Safes

Heard they are somewhat on the small side. For those of you have been there can you fit a Ipad or two + some other personal items in them?

Plenty of room for my small netbook computer, my ipad, my wifes purse, our passports and money, cell phones and cameras.

We have had, a laptop, 2 iPads, my purse, all travelling documents, any medications, cellphones, camera and the keys we forgot to take out of the hubby's pocket and still had plenty of room...

we have never had a problem with the safes there... fits everything we wants to fit in them...

Pretty much the same as the safes you see in any hotel, with the digital keypad on the front.

On a related note, as im travelling solo this trip i booked a single shared rate room, im hoping/assuming that there are rooms with 2 seperate safes in them for these situations? Has anyone ever gone this route or been in a room that had 2 safes?? Dont mind sharing a room with someone since i spend about 5 hours a day in it to grab some sleep between 5-10 am but need a secure place for my valuables/electronics.

There has always been two safes in every room we have had over the years

Oooook, now im starting to second guess myself WERE there 2 safes in the room last year or one? I couldnt have been that messed up the entire tri.........nevermind!!!

you can ask at the front desk when you check in for a second room safe

If there that easy to carry in and out of the room it kinda defeats the purpose of a safe no?

Here is the problem I had with the safe last year.We got to the room and some JERK had closed and locked the safe before they checked out.So it only took an hour or so to get someone over to the room and get the safe back open with their electronic "safe cracker".So please remember to leave the safe open when you leave,folks!(we only had the one safe in our room btw and it is quite roomy)

I've used the single share option a few times and always had a room with two safes. I typically choose garden view nude so they put me in H-block. You shouldn't have a problem.
