Is there any music played on the beach? Or should i just bring headphones/small speakers and an ipod?

The nude beach, nude pool area plays music starting around 10 when the bar opens. I bring an Ipod boombox for the mornings, my room and when the bar is closed and we are still in the pool or hot tub.

    Cheers

I always bring headphones and small speakers with an iPod. Listen to it in the room and sometimes on the beach, depending on the time of day and proximity to the nude pool, which usually has music playing from 10:00 a.m. or so until dinner. It is definitely something you will miss if you don't bring it.

There is music on the beach at various times.. often there is a group based DJ that will play.

In our case, we always bring our own tunes to listen on the beach... via earphones or speakers.

You might like the choice of music being played, but i would always bring or stream my own tunes.

I bring a big (think 2'X3') ziplock bag with all my stuff in it. I also bring my own beach towel so if it rains, which it does occasionally I pack it up in the zip lock and head to the hot tub.

Everyone brings some kind of beach bag and leaves it on a beach lounger chair to reserve "their" chair for the day. I always bring one distinctive towel from home to mark "my" chair, so I remember where it is each day! When not in use, leave your electronics in a plastic re-sealable ziplock bag inside your beach bag...just in case it rains.

Day beach bag and small portable speakers for beach are a must. Nothing beats lounging in the sun with your favorite tunes.

They now play music on the Clothing Optional side, but the speaker is up by the bar so I am not sure how well you would hear it down there. Music is played by the Nude Pool all day, again, not sure how well you can hear it on the beach. We aren't really beach people.

You have a 2 FOOT by 3 FOOT ziplock bag? sounds more like a small body bag.

I've seen those size of bags at the dollar store it's for sports items, or comforters etc... We pack a few of them in case we are traveling with wet or damp items...

Those Extra Grande ziplocks are the bomb. I carry a 25' welded steel tow chain in one and heavy duty jumpers in another. Therefore they are more than adequate to hold my beach towel, boom box and beach crap and keep them dry. I ordered mine on line and got two sizes, huge and extra huge.
