10, now that it's done I'm glad I have them, but not sure I would want to do that again.
Honestly, way more bang fort the buck with my VCH. Painless, quick to heal and I get a lot more pleasure from it.
Hurts like hell while they look hot, it is very common for the piercings to get infected therefor making it not worth it.

I have both mine done and was very painful and then wore a bullet proof vest over them every day while they healed, wow.
Wife had both done, after 1 1/2 years one never fully healed so she had to remove it (shame I love pierced nipples on her).

Tends to hurt women a lot less. Haven't checked the facts but I was told that women have less nerve ending so they can breast feed. Wife said 4 I say 10 and stayed a 10 for months. But well worth it after that.
have a funny story to tell. First of all my piercings friggin made me cry heheh Well not cry but they hurt like hell. Well I am a goalie in Hockey and sure enough the first game I played after getting them pierced, I took a slap shot right of the old nipple. Yeah I had my chest protector but the feeling of pain that went through me at that moment, holy shite hehehehe.

I can agree with most of these reply's. I'd easily say they were rated 10 on a pain scale. Had mine for about 5 years. They migrated out so far they kept catching on everything so I decided to remove them. Very disappointed as I loved that they made me much more sensitive.
Promises may get friends but

so I guess the clip on ones are a waste of time ??
I would say 5 on the hurt scale but would do our again in a heartbeat. I only did the one as I wanted to experience both feelings. ....no regrets at all.
I agree on the 10 for pain, but love having them!
J has her V done and it is the greatest thing ever! But it hurt like a mother f r when he was doing it, after it was done it was fine.
