It is a small island off to the right as you look at the water from Hedo.

Volunteer for everything and ensure the EC's (Entertainment Coordinators on staff) know you are virgins. Water Slide, Body shots, Late night hottub activities (is there a limit to post size here?) The list is a long as your imagination.

If you have imagined it at home, it is most likely welcomed at Hedo, if not already tried and proven!

There is a guy there that makes amazing lobsters...you actually pick them out from a little fenced in area in the water, and he cooks it over grape wood...I can't remember how much it was, what ever it was...it was well worth it...

There is also a lady there that sells beer for $3 each and the usual jamaica trinkets ... You have to go and experience it...it is a great time..

Even if you don't have the lobster, which is great by the way, it's still very beautiful and worth a visit. You can walk through a path that takes you to the back of the island which is very nice and quite. Funny thing on our first visit to the island we took a walk around to the back of the island and to our surprise we were greeted by a group of fellow hedonists naked partying on the beach. Needless to say we dropped our suits and joined them!

One of my favourite things about Hedo is the Scuba Diving. But I think you would have to be certified already. Trying to remember seeing any resort lessons happening, but can't. She Who Must Be Obeyed, really likes the Lobster Dinner Friday nights. Says it is the best in the Caribbean.

Is the scuba included if your certified or is it extra?

Scuba is included, you can be certified there also for a price. Only place where you can dive free!
