I'm a former bartender in one of the biggest family restaurants in Old Orchard Beach (for my NS, & QUE friends) and I must say they made me a believer in the Bloody Ceasar's (clamato). For decades Clamato was made in Pine Point adjacent to OOB before it was sold to who ever.

It's fun to go with the flow, but I did promise my early morning beach buds that I'd supply proper bloody mary's this year and haul the whole freaking mess down with me. I do a pretty good, nice spicy bloody. Tomato juice, Lea & Perrins, tabasco, horseradish, salt & pepper, and Vodka!

They have apple and vanilla flavored vodkas , and are also using a new blend of Bloody Mary mix , which was really good. Ketchup is Grace , and a bit sweeter than Heinz . If that is a big deal , bring your own. The food is really good at the resort .

just as important as the ketchup :-)... bring a couple of inexpensive pool floats and write your name with a perm marker with the dates you will be there. with the number of people flocking to Hedo in January, floats are a huge commodity. bring your own and leave it there.

Ok, lets see: Tomato juice or Clamato juice? Tomato juice is straight tomato juice. Clamato juice is a mix of spices and seasonings, clam broth, sea salt, red chilis etc. Now add vodka, splash of tobacco, splash of Worcestershire, celery salt and a table spoon of dill pickle juice and you have a perfect ceazar :-)

ROFLMAO - Peemoney good one, not sure but it was yellow last I looked! We travelled exclusively to DR and Mex prior to our first H3 trip and now H2 - We canucks can be alittle stuck on our traditions lol. We always travelled with our Tim Hortons coffee and Tea bags and our own splenda, sugar , crème 18% and our own 2% milk , ketchup and we bring a lot of the single serving Crystal lite packages. Since our first 2 trips to hedo we now only bring some of the crystal lite packages, small bottle of baileys, still bring box of Tims Tea for mr as he doesn't drink coffee and didn't like the tea anywhere but at TH - So my 2 cents is bring what you want it is your vacation and your hard earned money and why not if you makes your holiday better. Seeing as you are going to a nude resort there should be lots of room in your suit case -just remember to put it in the checked bags cause sure would suck losing it before you get on plane. Enjoy your trip - We however do bring always 2 back packs full of colored pencils, pencils, books, hair brushes, hair ties, crayons, lined paper booklets and every year we ask some of the staff we have know for several years which staff member could use this for their kids. Always one boy and on girl pack. Just our way of giving back to someone who works 18 hour days and 6 - 8 days in a row for our pleasure , and make very little money for the hours they put in.
