Only 2 from TO on that day. 1 WestJet (us) and 1 Air Canada that arrives a half hour later so shouldn't be an issue unless we are delayed. The other flights arriving at the same time as us are Southwest from Chicago and 2 flights from Miami American and US Airways.

We booked our Hedo trip through Air Canada - a package deal. Can we still purchase the Mobay pass? And, if yes, from where? The resort itself? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

We are arriving this Saturday, hopefully it is not too late to get this as it seems for the arrival at least it is a must.

    XOXOXO

Yes you sure can, I would only buy it if you think you're arriving at a busy time and want to have the customs assistance service. You may end up getting through really quick and then waiting anyway for everyone else that didn't buy it to make it to the bus. It can be bought through the Club Mobay website.

We booked with AC vacations and booked Club Mobay from their website, for our February trip. I expect your Saturday arrival will be different than our Sunday arrival but we walked off the plan at 1:50 and were on the bus at 2:20 and that included a stop at duty free and a bathroom break. We had to wait for the guy ahead of us to pay for his purchase and that's the only line we waited in
I think they only need 24 hours notice to confirm a booking. I added the departure service by contacting AC vacations who added it to my package.

Thanks guys, much appreciated! Cdn_cpl made a good point, we may end up rolling the dice on going the standard route on arrival, even though, as Newfie Screech said it could be different in our case.

    Thanks again for your responses!

As I recall, the Club Mobay rep met us when we got off the plane, walked us through customs, helped locate the bag, took us to the lounge and then their luggage handler walked us out to the bus and loaded the bags on board. We like Club Mobay.Totally worth it for us.

Can anyone tell us if this includes transport to Hedo? Or is it the same bus that Air Canada vacations would provide?

No transportation included, only the customs/immigration service and the use of their arrivals lounge. You'd still take the Air Canada shuttle as normal.
