Our first trip!!

So it's our first time to Hedo. We will be there from August 26 2015 for 16 nights. Hubby and I are so excited, but also apprehensive.
Any tips? What is the norm for dressing in the restaurants, I like to dress up some times, will I stand out like a sore knob? What clothes shall I pack?

Pack everything you think you need when go back and take half of it out. You can wear just about anything to dinner

You will most defiantly not stand out. No matter how wild you think your outfit is there is usually some one who tops it. I do believe there is some form of dress code in the two restaurants. There is so much information here have a read through you will find out lots of wonderful tips and meet some great people. Top three tips off the top of my head bring bubba mugs, don't hesitate to get nude as soon as possible and don't over do the booze on your first few days just pace yourselves.

A insulated mug for drinks so you do not have to keep going back to the bar you can find on ebay

Well then your half way there. JSS answered the mug question. They are well worth it in our opinion. You will have a blast. Dress as wild or mild as you like.

Gift store has plenty of sundry items, dont worry about leaving stuff at home. Oh, hope you like Red Stripe.

Sunscreen! Hat, sunglasses, passport and a smile! All you really really need!

16 nights is a long time. Pace yourselves for sure!

If your going to be there for that long, I would take a tour or two, get off the resort and see the beautiful island.
