Hello everyone we have just booked for the week of Nov 22nd. Its our first time to Hedo and not sure what to expect.
Just realized after we booked that this is the same week of american thanksgiving, is that a good thing or a bad thing. Will it be busy this week or not?
Thanksgiving week has the Butt Crackers in the resort.Great group of people we have partied with for years.There will be a Heineken party one day and a champagne party one day,music and dancing on the beach(nude side).Enjoy yourself,it's good times!

RhondaandBob, good morning. We will be there from Nov 20 through Nov 27. Our second trip. We are not in the Lifestyle and probably a little conservative based on the average guest. Based on our first trip, we found the guests to be very "non-judgemental", and basically just let everyone do what they were comfortable with, at their own speed. Of course, the nude beach and pool area has an expectation that you will be nude. However the "Prude" beach and Pools (there is a large one and a number of smaller ones) are clothing optional. We always found a place to be that suited our mood. Dressing for the theme nights, appeared to be supported by about 20% to 30% (just a guess really) of the guests. Again, folks covered the whole spectrum of being a little risqué to holy smoke. The Piano Bar is a great place to spend an evening. We did not spend much time at the Disco, the music was just way too loud. I don't know anything about the groups, however we found that some of the group activities were open to the whole resort. One night they had a dance at the main pool on the "Prude" side which was open to everyone. And some are not, these are usually in a closed, restricted access location, for example, the Piano Bar, during the day. We also found it very easy to find a spot away from a group activity that we were not interested in. Finally, the groups did not try to convert us into members. Hope this helps you prepare.

RhondaandBob, I know a long time Hedo couple named Rhonda and Bob. Is that you Doc? You plan on pulling one over on us come Spanksgiving? BTW, ALL ButtCrack events are open to anyone at the resort. We will be there from the 21st to Dec 1st.
