We ate visiting in March 2015 and booked for an ocean view room on the prude side. I heard there is a lot of refurbishment going on. Does anyone know the current status of these?
The rooms are all done now. Most of the nude oceanview rooms were completely gutted and redone and the rest of the rooms got fresh paint, new TV's, mattresses and fridges. If you go to hedonism.com they have pics of the rooms there. Right now they are redoing the courtyard outside the piano bar and it is "scheduled" to be done next month. After that there will be no more work done until the summer of next year when it slow down. They do not do big renovations during the high occupancy of winter and spring.
We are going in. November and have booked one of the new Oceanview nude renovated rooms...will let you know our thoughts when we return, mid November.
Thanks guys. NChpycpl if you manage to have a look at the prude side rooms, please do let me know. Was a bit worried by some of the feedback on trip advisor about bad maintenance.

When you get there (before you unpack) just check your safe, the a/c and the hot water and make sure they all work. Once you do that, you should be goodOriginally Posted by LandR
