This was our third trip to Hedonism. Our first was at the same time last year and the second was in April with Kitten n Angel's group. We loved the group that we went with in April. The leaders were great and we met a lot of cool people that we may not have had we not been with a group. The resort was super full in April and almost empty for both of our August trips - giving two different vibes, both great.
The energy level of the resort (both staff and guests) was high even though the hotel was at 30% occupancy. We had the pleasure of meeting John and the Lovely Janet at the beginning of our trip and towards the end had the pleasure of once again partying with Harry and his harem.
We met a lot of great people and had some new experiences. Many thanks to J and I, JT and K, D and P, M and H! The crazy Irish newlyweds (D and J) who really knew how to party, just to name a few initials. The body shots were fun, mid-day hot tub was HOT, the grotto session with JT and K was even hotter. Many thanks to Christopher for carving us the beautiful plaque that he installed above the nude pool bar for us.
The Entertainment Coordinators were over the top! It was nice to see the familiar faces such as Fabian, Sherea, Diana, Denice, Vanessa, Eton, Miguel, Nick and the fabulous Winston along with the great new additions of Riccardo, Owanna, Ashiel, Rahim. From what we saw these four have a bright future ahead of them.
We had a great time in the Piano Bar as usual. Dion and Stephanie put on a great show every night. Saturday, August 30th was a night like no other! The ECs invaded the already electric atmosphere of the Piano Bar and some incredible dirty dancing made the show unbelievable! The crowd was overwhelmed - many in tears, most with goosebumps! Patrick, the spa manager, showed his great singing talent and entertained us with his infectious personality.
Winston's performances were top notch as usual - he even sang an opera song in Italian to a couple celebrating their 10th anniversary.
The nightly shows in the dining room were great. We always sat in the front row to get a better view. The performers show great talent with amazing energy and they look like they're having fun. We were spoiled by them coming to speak to us at our table when they had a free minute.
We have no idea where the Prude pool is, or even if it exists because we LOVE the scene at the nude pool. The PDAs always heighten the enjoyment level both seeing and being seen. The games hosted by the ECs are very entertaining, to say the least, and we participated in most activities. We won a few bottles of rum and some gift certificates that we used in the lifestyle boutique.
The new security company did a great job of making the female half of our couple feel secure, especially late at night by always being present and visible but discreet at the same time.
The rooms were clean, the food was good, the staff was great. We had two water pipe breaks on the roof of our building and it was repaired promptly.
It being our third time at the resort in one year, we were developing relationships with a lot of the staff members - especially the bartenders, the wait staff in the dining room, and cooks in the dining room and the pool. A lot of them remembered our names and made us feel at home.
We took the opportunity this trip to explore the whole resort and everybody should do it at least once.
