Newbies going 14-23 Nov / Theme Nights

Hi
My wife and are looking forward to our first trip to HBR. The theme nights look fun and we have always enjoyed them at Desire Pearl (2 previous trips). I read on here that they are sparsely attended. Is that still true?

Really looking forward to meeting other fun and interesting folks! We have also been to Gran Lido Negril and ironically El Dorado Seaside suites before we discovered the joy of au naturel.

Anyone else on here going at that time?

Hey fellow Canadians Like anything else in life, some participate and some don't. You can ALWAYS count on at least some doing it. Plus you will quickly learn that it is Hedo, do as you want and the more outlandish your outfit is, the better it is and will start more conversations. Such as when 6 of you walk in dressed like bananas You get some looks and people LOVE it. Do whatever you want, you are in for the trip of a lifetime!

Yes i can remember seeing Banana People at Hedo but i remember one particularly attractive blond lady taking hers off, just saying.

Hey G E D me and the wife will be there on the 18 it will be our honeymoon as well as our first time to a au naturel

We will be there and most always dress up a little for theme night. But participation can be spotty. Just dress up and have fun and make your own party. That's what we do. We have dinner 4 nights on our side and 3 on the other side. We like to eat on our side for Black and White night, Pirate night and Mardis Gras. We will dress up for those nights. Usually very skimpy/sexy. Even if you eat on the other side you can come back and participate in theme night.

The night life is really what you make of it. The DJ will be there all night if you want, but it can be an early crowd sometimes.

Thanks seaturtle143! Hopefully there will be a few of us who are into it. Do most people go to the hot tub after the night club dies down like other resorts?

The last time we went, the hot tub was pretty busy at sunset, before dinner. The bar was working pretty hard that hour. We did not see too many in the hot tub after the night club. It might just depend on the crowd.
