just had the "plesure2 of watching this hedo promotion video. All size 8 models and muscle guys. no one over 30 ish? even has 50 in the vid. if this dosnt put off the normal punter I don't know what will...

As a thirty something, those are the people that we played with at Hedo. While the over 50 crowd is nice to chat with, this video is more of what I experienced at Hedo. If everyone there had been too far out of my age range, I wouldn't have returned. I love the video

Lets be real....are they REALLY going to make a video with out of shape people? I think all the steroided up guys were a little over the top, but come on. Give them a little slack.

And NN, I've heard a rumor that your lady can hold her own against anyone in that vid. :-)

Marketing is marketing, you have to give them that. Joe, I am glad to hear they are going to release another video with "normal" looking people that go there. That will help a lot.

ok, I see everyones point,, but if I was the "average, normal" new punter watching that I might be somewhat put off. how many threads are on here about the topic of peoples self confidence etc. I for 1 would much prefer to see a REAL video.

"Real" average people of all shapes and sizes make Hedo the great place that it is

That is why we have so many more resources to talk to "normal" people about this. We have ATF here, we have Joe's FB Hedo II page and then the different group pages to help out and tell us "normal" people that no all that go to Hedo are "models" and such. Even before that video, all the pics on the website showed the models. That was a real downer when it came to my body image. Once I got here and started talking to the "normal" people that go and then chatting with my group members, I realized that I WAS the normal.

For at least the past 20 years, brochures for the Hedonism Resorts have shown the young and the beautiful. There may be a few young and beautiful people here but we all went there DESPITE the brochures.

The object of marketing is of course to present a product in the best possible light. McDonald's wouldn't use an obese person in an ad and I have seen promo videos for retirement condos using models that look like buff 40 year olds with white hair. It's Hedo...wtf is with the bathing suits...somebody call security! lol
