    Packing Question: Clothes

Ok, so we're going to be heading out for our virgin Hedo trip in less than two weeks, and we're sure we are going to overpack. Besides themed outfits, what outfits/clothes should we pack for an 8-day trip?

    Underwear for the trip home.

A cover for the dining room.

A rain jacket as thunderstorms are expected most afternoons.

Possibly a tiny (for her) swim suit.

    That about covers it (them).

Most everyone will also have a T-shirt or five.

I take 4 pairs of shorts for him and he alternates dinners/breakfast in them, a few tank tops and a couple of nice shirts and a pair of swim trunks in case we go off resort. For me, I over pack, but usually wear most of what I take. I used to take 3 cover ups and alternate for breakfast but this year I decided to take a different sexy bikini for each morning at breakfast since they are cutier then cover ups and I would take a few sun dresses for diner when you can not wear your theme outfits and 2 outfits for off resort in case you go and clothes for both of you on the way home. That's about it.

If it wasn't for all the group gifts and goodies we bring I would probably only have the one checked bag for both of us (could probably do 2 carry ons except for the sprays and lotions and shampoo I bring, that has to be checked anyway)

We are leaving fri morn for Hedo so we will see you there!! I actually take quite a bit of clothes. I just like to have options. Plus we have friends on the island that we visit two or three times while we are there. We also do an excursion usually. Sometimes at night I will change if I get sweaty form dancing or ending up in the pool at the glow prude pool parties. So I am high maintenance I suppose. At least in the clothes dept. Hubby is as well. He brings quite a few things to wear. It's just all in what makes you happy just like everything else at Hedo!!! Friday soon cum!!

Oh, I forgot. A Tux for formal evenings (for him) and a ballroom gown for her. A suit and dress shirts and three ties (for him) shirts, blouses, bras etc. (for her).

Oh no! That's the list for the cruise next winter.

So back to minimalistic plus all the things we'll pack and never use (if we are having a good time).

    Almost packed for tomorrow's trip.

    Hint: keep it simple.

Agreed, very simple. We figured out that even with theme outfits we could have packed everything in 2 carry on suitcases. Next year, one checked bag and maybe a carry on.

We take a minimal amount of clothes for day times. I will usually go to breakfast in a pair of board shorts or a sarong and a tshirt. Mrs. HJ will wear a pair of shorts or WW lounging pants or a sarong. It is all the theme stuff, shoes, glow items, gummy bears, alcohol for said gummy bears, school supplies, gifts for employees, etc that take up so much room.

Next time I am taking one pair of cargo shorts, two polo shirts, a pair of swim trunks, three t-shirts, and a pair of flip flops. With my minimal list I still think I wi be over packing. The wife is taking a swim suit, a couple wraps, and theme night outfits.
