Happy to hear piano bar is reopening- mixed feelings on Deon.... he was GREAT in some ways, obviously very talented, fun loving, entertainer. He certainly gets the sexy piano bar vibe. So so sorry to hear Kemar has left, we have known many piano bar players at H3 and H2, and Kemar was probably the best, in my opinion.

Can't resist a couple of comments- I hope this time around Deon will remember to start on time (he used to roll in late, then spend 30 minutes "setting up") and play for at least a couple of hours, and most importantly, find that balance of encouraging/allowing guests to be sexy, dance on the piano, etc. etc. but not practically bully them into it.

Don't get me wrong, we LOVE the piano bar and enjoyed Deon tremendously in the past!

These are important in the "new Hedo" - he does need to be counseled and supervised to ensure he is showing the same pride in his job that so many others do.
if he was never held accountable or told to change before, we really don't know what he's capable of.
