Hedo again or somewhere else?

Hello all.

Hopefully some people with some experience can help us out here. We went to Hedo last August and are starting to think about planning our next trip to either Hedo again or somewhere different like a Desire or Temptations.

We definitely enjoyed our first trip to Hedo. We were a bit nervous at first but ended up being on the nude side 90% of the time. We enjoyed the somewhat sexual atmosphere and would like something similar this time as well.

We thought the food was good but not great. Our room was garden view (I think - but we did have an ocean view) on the prude side. Good enough for us. The walk never bothered us.

Anyone with comparisons would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Holy smokes Desire RM is fantastic, 5 days is usually enough for us. Dont want to ran and rave about it, but we havent been back to Hedo since going to Desire. You really should try it, Hedo is not the only game in town.

You obviously have not priced Desire recently. The rate I received from a Travel agents price quote for a standard room was $597 a night for double occupancy. That is almost double the rate we got for Hedo at $316 a night for standard room double occupancy.

And worth every penny!

We have been to H2 10 times, we have been to Desire RM 8 times and Desire Pearl once. Which is the best? They all offer something different. We will return to all 3. Desire is 'calmer' than Hedo during the day but when the sun goes down....there is not a lot of differences as far as party goes. Most definitely the food and the service at either Desire is first class. We like to be pampered occasionally and the Desire properties offer us that plus the opportunity to be naked each day and party each night. We love Hedo and try to visit at least once a year. We also love Desire. This past Dec we split our time between the two Desire properties. We had not been back to Desire RM for 2 years - no matter where we went lobby, bar or dining rooms - staff recognized us and called us by name - we were impressed - 2 years and hundreds of visitors and they remembered our names...that's impressive....one bar tender even remembered my drink.
The same can be true of Hedo. Either way you will have a fantastic vacation.

Thanks for the info! Between the two Desires, which do you prefer? And what are the differences and advantages/disadvantages?
